Join us for a Fun Dance Fitness Class every Monday at 11 am
We combine dance moves with light weights, balls and mats to provide a full body workout that will get your heart pumping and your muscles burning! Small class size and personal attention.
Your first class is always free! Call 303-670-1000 or come 15 minutes early the day of class to get signed up.
