Mountain Foothills Rotary assist Crutches 4 Africa founders Dave Talbot and Candice Talbot with their international program providing mobility for all. Crutches 4 Africa has delivered in excess of 43,000 mobility devices throughout Africa. Come and enjoy Chili and / or sign up as sponsors and / or enroll as a Chef....at Mt. Vernon CC.
