Sounds simple enough...cooking a turkey. Yes, but it's thrown in there with preparing sides, desserts, setting a beautiful table, out-of-town guests and kids home on vacation. Whew! It?s overwhelming. Our goal? To help you simplify, plan ahead, and get organized. There?s so much that can be prepared ahead of time and your timeline can still include time with family and friends. Join Chef Alex as he walks you through the preparations, demonstrates cooking the perfect turkey and simple recipes for elegant sides. For dessert, well, we recommend you get a pie from Blue Spruce.
