Description
Breathing and staying calm is challenging in cold water. It is essential our Colorado kids practice self-calming and self-rescue in it. Join us in promoting confidence and safety by reinforcing science of water and breathing techniques in local open water. Feel free to invite family and friends to sign up! You don't have to be a client to attend.
Recommended for all ages.
Parent/Guardian is REQUIRED to attend with their student.
