We're excited to introduce our Mountain Fit Series with running coach Morgan Beams, sponsored by Bivouac Coffee, starting THIS month. Free and open to all. No running experience is required.

Each month we will discuss a running related topic then go out on a group run & meet back at the Tasting Room. This February we’re starting with Morgan's favorite.

Trail Run: Elk Meadow ~ 4 mile loop (1 rest break)?
