Tickets $75 : Dinner and 2 drink tickets included.
MENU:
APPETIZERS: Grazing Table - Cured meats, breads, jams, fruit, cheese, chocolates, nuts, pickled items and olives. Gluten free and traditional crackers.
GARDEN SALAD: Spring Mix, shredded carrot, cucumber, cocktail tomatoes, pickled onions with maple vinaigrette and herb ranch dressings.
MASHED POTATO STATION: Mashed Potatoes, green chilies, cheddar cheese, green chile bacon, scallions, chicken buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce and crispy onions.
SKEWER STATION: Veggies, steak, and shrimp. Served with hummus, red pepper coulis, garlic sauce and couscous.
ASIAN FUSION STATION: Veggie gyoza, veggie eggrolls and poke stacks. Sauces - ginger scallion, peanut and sweet chili.
BAR: Beer, wine, & specialty cocktails

A Night with Our Stars, formerly Sparkle & Shine Business Awards and Gala.
Join us for a night of celebrating our stars. Our annual business awards this year will be an enchanting evening by the lake. We will have assigned seating and a fully catered dinner, so be sure to purchase your tickets as a group to sit together. We will be partaking in amazing food and drink and hanging out with our fellow business owners. Black-tie encouraged. Event sells out, purchase your tickets early.
