The evening begins with tours of the Humphrey Home and Christmas decor. Then gather by the campfire for cowboy horseback caroling, wassail, hot chocolate, and a cowboy dinner of chili and cornbread. Dessert is next-- pound cake, s'mores and cowboy coffee, spiked if you like. Then hold on to your hats, we'll light up the tree with over 1,000 lights!
