Job Title: Activities Coordinator, Adult Day and Respite, Evergreen

The Activities Coordinator is responsible for the supervision of structured day-long activities. The Coordinator plans and implements activities for groups, based on individual participant needs, interests, abilities and strengths
Plan, organize and lead large and small group activities, as well as one-on-one interaction, to ensure participants are engaged in activities commensurate with their interests and physical and cognitive abilities.
With input from multi-disciplinary team, prepares goals and care plans for each participant.
Direct care of participants includes all activities of daily living (feeding, assisting in the bathroom, etc.
Clear and accurate record keeping.
Monitors and supervises work assignments of volunteers and students.
- Bachelor’s degree in gerontology, recreation, social services, nursing, rehabilitation or related fields from an accredited college/university is preferred
- Must pass background check
- Seniors’ Resource Center is a Drug Free Workplace
