Lance Roehrig\, a local Ayurvedic Practitioner\, will discuss how understanding our Prakrati (constitution) can empower us to make the dietary choices that bring us back into harmony.\n\n\n\nInstructor Bio\, Lance Roehrig\, A.H.P.\, C.Y\,T.:\n\nLance has studied the philosophies of Yoga and Ayurveda for ten years along with the Sanskrit language. In 2011\, he completed the Ayurvedic Health Practitioner degree from the California College of Ayurveda\, the first state-approved college for the study of Ayurveda. CCA meets or exceeds the educational guidelines of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) and the California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine.
