DESCRIPTION:I admit\, it can be terrifying   and utterly frustrating. Flat and fallen cakes. Or cakes that seem to refuse to rise at all. Or cookies that start out looking glorious but all of a sudden...splat! Grrrrr!\n\nAnd all of you wonderful bakers from Connecticut and New York and those great Mid-West Country Fair states and Michigan and Texas have just plain given up baking altogether. It's just not worth the frustration and all that wasted butter and sugar. Yup\, I hear you.\n\n \n\nBut\, after tonight you can reclaim the joys of baking all your favorite recipes. And\, the thing is\, it's really just a wee bit of food chemistry and a bit of tweaking here and there.\n\n \n\nWe'll bake some cakes and cookies to 7\,200 foot perfection  and I'll have the milk and coffee on. Bring a couple of your favorite recipes that haven't been working for you and we'll make them perfect again too!
