DESCRIPTION:Jeffco LWV to explore new West Light Rail and related development \n\n	 \n\n	The Jefferson County League of Women Voters will learn in early May about the new West Light Rail (W Rail)\, which opened April 26. The W Rail allows Jeffco residents to ride from the Jefferson County Government Center station to downtown Denver through 11 stops. Leaguers will learn how to ride the light rail and hear an update on Transit Oriented Development (TOD). All are welcome. The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization encouraging informed and active participation in government\, working to increase understanding of major public policy issues\, and influencing public policy through education and advocacy.
