With the increasing pressures of digital connection and constant phone use\, it can be difficult to recognize when a child is struggling. During this session\, Craig will share valuable insights on how to identify when a child may be having difficulties\, understand the difference between healthy and unhealthy coping habits\, and introduce practical tools parents can use to build safe and supportive structures and routines at home. His goal is to help parents navigate one of the most pressing challenges of modern parenting - understanding and supporting a child?s emotional well-being.\n\n \n\nThis FREE event is open to all parents in the foothills community\, including those with children at MSE\, Jeffco\, or other area schools. It is specifically designed for parents of younger school-aged children in grades K through 8 who are entering adolescence.
