Four recycling stations will be on south side of Walmart\, also from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.. Document shredding\, scrap metal\, and tire collections are free. Costs for responsible processing of electronics range from $1 to $10 depending on item.  TVs $1.00/diagonal inch.
