DESCRIPTION:Take a gentle hike through the meadow at Lookout Mountain Nature Center to heighten all the senses to Mother Earth. Next\, bring this awareness inside for a flowing yoga practice honoring this beautiful planet we share with all other life. Ages 13 ? Adult (younger participants with yoga experience are welcome) Hike will be 45 minutes\, Yoga practice an 1 hour. Hike will take place on our Meadow Loop trail\, which is an easy 0.8-mile trail. Please bring a yoga mat and comfortable clothing to practice and hike in as well as sturdy\, outdoor footwear for the hike. Some extra mats will be available if you do not have your own.
