DESCRIPTION:ECO's Colorado Mountain Holiday Concert returns for the 2022-2023 Season\, and for this season we will feature a very special guest artist! The winner of our 2022-2023 Young Artists Solo Competition Alex King (piano) will be performing Carl von Weber's Konzertstuck in F minor\, Op. 79 with the orchestra. This concert also features JS Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 3\, Paul Campbell's arrangement of the Christmas Carol Fantasy\, Tracy Rush's arrangement of The Friendly Beasts\, and selections from Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker as well as many of the traditional favorites ECO has performed in the past\, like Jingle Bells and Silent Night. As always\, Evergreen Chorale's elite group Altezza will be performing with ECO. We are proud to continue this partnership with them!
