Nuchols emphasized\, "It's a platform for candidates to synthesize their core values and major positions to a discriminating audience and the media."\n\n	The event kicks off at 6:30\, Tuesday\, October 5 and is open to the public without charge.\n\n	Doug Bell\, Editor of Evergreen Newspapers\, will moderate the Forum and the question and answer segment following candidate presentations.
