DESCRIPTION:Have you made resolutions that dwindle to nothing by the end of February? Have you avoided making resolutions because you somehow knew that they wouldn't last? Have you wondered why? In this workshop we will explore why that happens\, what we would like for our resolutions to be\, what is truly aligned with your soul path and journey and how to make a plan that creates lasting change that will bring you a joyful new year and much happier life than what you have previously experienced!\n\n \nAna Medina was born and raised in Mexico City to a family of healers. At 17 she moved to LA for a music career\, and after college she raised a family in NOrtehrn VA where she studied Reiki\, Pranic Healing\, Ho'oponopono\, PSYCH-K and got certified as a Life and Wellness Coach. Ana discovered the magic of Tibetan and Alchemy bowls as a healing modality and that's when it all came together for her as a Sound Healing Alchemist.\n\n \n\nAna has worked with healers in Costa Rica\, Mexico\, Hawaii and U.S.A. over the past few years and she has co-led several spiritual and wellness retreats.
