DESCRIPTION:You don't need to drive deep into the mountains or own an expensive telescope to enjoy the night sky. Using a pair of binoculars or even just your eyes you can see the wonders of the universe from your own back yard. Join us for an evening of star gazing\, learn a few new constellations and the names of some of the stars. Participants are encouraged to bring their own binoculars or telescopes. Ages 6 yrs to adult Registration for this program opens at 9:00 AM one month before the date of the program. If you are registering after this time\, but space is no longer available\, please call Lookout Mountain Nature Center at 720-497-7600 to be placed on a waiting list.
