The grants help to supplement many art programs at the schools in Evergreen and Conifer. The CAE Art Grants to the schools is a program we are certainly proud of\, it gives our wonderful art teachers in the mountain community a chance to do something really special with their students\, said Steve Sumner\, Executive Director for the Art Center. Nothing makes us happier than to be able to give them a chance to do a little something off the wall or out of the box.Schools receiving grants are\; West Jefferson Elementary\, Conifer High School\, Marshdale Elementary\, King Murphy Elementary and Evergreen Middle School.
