In an age taken over by social media and technology we are hardly ever with our own selves and our thoughts! Ground yourself in who you are\, surround yourself with a network of friends\, learn about life\, your inner self and be with your feelings. Find a healthy place to express your emotions and desires through a wide variety of media and decorative paper techniques. This is a mixed media project based inside a journal. You will hold a haven in your hands to explore your identity and get in touch with your feelings. Please bring a spiral bound journal specifically made for art journaling or mixed media. These have heavier water color type paper for painting and are available at most art supply stores. If you have any questions regarding your book or supplies don't hesitate to call your instructor. $130.00 CAE Member $140.00 Non-Member
