DESCRIPTION:You are invited to the 2011 Alzheimer's Fundraiser at Creekside Cellars in Evergreen\, Colorado.  The wine/appetizer tasting will take place on Thursday\, August 25\, 2011 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Creekside Cellars located at 28036 Colorado 74\, Evergreen\, CO  80439.  Prices per ticket are $25.00 with $10.00 from each ticket being donated to the Alzheimer's Association to raise awareness and find a cure for this devastating disease.  We will also be raffling off bottles of wine donated by Creekside Cellars.  BrightStar Care is committed to raising money to further research\, support patients and caregivers\, and one day find a cure for this disease.  Please help us by attending our fundraiser.    Tickets will be available at the door.\n\nNot only will you be supporting a great cause but this is a great opportunity to network with your colleagues in the Evergreen Chamber of Commerce.  Attendance will be limited\, so please email Art Chmelik no later than August 12th (art.chmelik@brightstarcare.com or 720-963-1000) to let us know that you plan to attend.
