So be sure to participate and fill in the periodic gaps in communication. \n\n* Having your video on makes it more personal and allows for much better communication. Just be aware of your background and be sure to remember you are on camera! :-)\n\n * Please use the "Mute" function when you are not talking! While we all want to hear from you\, we don't want to hear your dog\, baby\, TV\, etc in the background the entire time. So be sure to use mute when you are not talking (or we may do it for you)
